摘  要:建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)串联电喷雾检测器(CAD)同时测定乳制品中果糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、乳糖和麦芽糖的方法。样品经沉淀剂沉淀蛋白,以Shodex Asahipak NH2P-504E为分离柱,乙腈一水为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,采用电喷雾检测器检测。在该条件下,上述6种糖分离完全,线性良好,回收率在93.6%一104.3%,精密度为2.05%~5.59%,检出限分别为0.80,0.18,0.10,0.20,10.03,4.99Ng/mL。方法灵敏度高、准确可靠、安全环保,可用于乳制品中果糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、乳糖和麦芽糖的质量浓度测定。A method for detecting fructose, galactose, glucose, sucrose, lactose, maltose in dairy products by (HPLC-CAD) is established. The samples were deproteinated, then separated on Shodex Asahipak NH2P--50 4E using mixture of acetonitrile-water as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and detected with Charged aerosol detector (CAD). Under the above chromatographic conditions, the analytes showed good linear relationship between their concentrations and peak areas. The spiked recovery rates were 93.6%-104.3%. The relative standard de- viations (R.SD) were 2.05%~5.59%, The respective detection limits were 0.80 btg/mL, 0.18μg/mL, 0.10 btg/mL, 0.20μg/mL, 10.03μg/ mL, 4.99μg/mL. This method was highly sensitive and the result was accurate,and the experiment process is much safer and greener. It is suitable for the analysis of fructose, galactose, glucose, sucrose, lactose, and maltose in dairy products.
