摘　　要：目的探讨人类表皮生长因子受体2阳性乳腺癌患者的临床病理特征及Ki-67和p53的表达情况。方法回顾性分析2011年2月至2013年12月间就诊的160例人表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)阳性例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,对比同期100例HER-2阴性乳腺癌患者,探讨HER-2与Ki-67、p53表达之间的关系及其临床病理特征。结果 HER-2与雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)表达呈负相关,与Ki-67、p53表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。HER-2阳性组与阴性组在年龄及月经状态方面均无明显差异(P>0.05)。与HER-2阴性组相比,HER-2阳性组乳腺癌具有较多的侵袭性病理特征,病理类型多为浸润性非特异性癌,分化差,脉管癌栓发病率高,肿块较大,淋巴结转移发生率高,分期晚。结论 Ki-67、p53在HER-2阳性乳腺癌患者中高表达,可作为乳腺癌预后不良的危险因素。HER-2阳性乳腺癌具有较多的侵袭性病理特征,复发风险高,临床需密切观察病情,积极治疗。Objective To study the relationship between clinicopathologic characteristics and Ki- 67, p53 expression of human epidermalgrowth factor receptor-2 （HER-2） overexpression in breast cancer patients. Methods Totally 160 HER-2 overexpression breast cancer patients from February 2011 to De- cember 2013 were enrolled in the study as the observation group. 100 HER-2 negative breast cancer patients were served as the controls. The correlation of expression of p53 and Ki-67 in HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer were analysed. Results HER-2 overexpression was negatively correlated with age and menstruation and was correlated with pathologic type, histological grade, vascular cancer embolus, axillary lymph node status and clinical tumor stage. HER-2 overexpression was negatively correlated with estrogen receptor （ER） or progesterone receptor （PR） （ P 〉 0.05 ） and positively correlated with Ki-67 and p53 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Breast cancer with HER-2 overexpression are morely tend to recurrence and metastasis than those with HER-2 negative. The expression of p53 and Ki67 is upregulated in HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer patients. The expression of p53 and Ki-67. commay be related to the prognosis of breast cancer.
