摘　　要：目的评价Nd：YAG激光治疗白内障术后人工晶状体前纤维膜的治疗效果。方法回顾性总结Nd：YAG激光治疗白内障术后人工晶状体前纤维膜35例（35眼）。激光参数：单次脉冲能量0.8-3.3 m J,击发次数12-116次。结果其中29例（29眼）术后视力有不同程度地提高,6眼视力无明显提高。主要并发症包括虹膜出血、人工晶状体轻微损伤、前房炎性反应及眼压升高,但对术后视力无影响。结论 Nd：YAG激光是治疗白内障术后人工晶状体前纤维膜的安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To assess the treatment efficiency of Nd： YAG laser in treatment of the anterior fibrinous membrane of intraocular lens. Methods 35 eyes of 35 patients with anterior fibrinous membrane after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were subject to Nd： YAG laser explosion. The single pulse energy was 0. 8 - 3. 3 m J and total explosive times were 12 - 116 shots. Results The visual acuities of 29 eyes of 29 patients were improved,but there were no changes in 6 eyes. The complications included iridemia,slight damage on the surface of intraocular lens,intraocular inflammation in anterior segment and intraocular pressure increasing,but there was no influence on the vision. Conclusion Nd： YAG laser can successfully and safely clear the anterior fibrinous membrane of intraocular lens.
