体外反搏治疗缺血性脑血管病的机理

摘　　要：应用体外反搏治疗缺血性脑血管病80例,设药物对照组74例。临床神经功能缺损疗效对比:体外反搏组治愈加显效率为86.1％,总有效率98.6％。药物组:治愈加显效率为58.8％,总有效率86.3％。实验室结果:体外反搏组有12项、药物组有5项血液动力学及流变学指标,治疗前后有统计学差异。故临床疗效和实验室结果均表明体外反搏组明显优于药物组。80 cases of ischemic cerebral vascular disease were treated with external counterpulsation (ECP), 74 cases treated by medicine were taken as control. The result of treatment of neuro- functional defect showed: in the ECP group, total effective rate was 98.6％; and in the control group, 85.3％. The indexes of hemodynamics and hemorheology was markedly different in statistics. It's 12 in the ECP group and 5 in the control group. The results both clinical effect and laboratory examination showed that ECP was better than treatment by medicine.
