摘　　要：我国提高经济发展质量的关键是培养创新型人才。提高大学生毕业论文质量是培养大学生创新能力的重要环节。通过实行毕业论文指导教师挂牌制、学生评价制度、教师职称评聘挂钩制度三项约束制度,再辅以相应的激励制度,提高教师指导毕业论文的积极性,提高大学生毕业论文质量。The key to cultivate creative talents is improvement of the economic development quality. Improving the quality of the university graduation thesis is important link to develop the innovative ability of college students. Through practice the system of the graduation thesis guidance teachers listed, student evaluation system and teachers＂ title appraisal and hook system three restriction system, along with the corresponding incentive system, boost the enthusiasm of guidance teachers on the graduation thesis, improve the quality of college students＂ graduation thesis.
