摘　　要：澳大利亚技术和职业教育(TAFE)体系框架在澳大利亚职业教育中起着非常重要的作用。澳大利亚TAFE教学模式以市场需求和就业为导向,把学历教育与岗位培训结合起来;采用融理论实践为一体的任务驱动教学模式;培养学生动手能力;以行业要求为标准考核学生能力。澳大利亚TAFE教学模式的特点为我国发展职业教育可提供借鉴。The technical and vocational education in Australia plays a very important role in the Australian vocational eduea- tion（TAFE）system framework. Australia TAFE teaching mode takes the market demand and employment as the guidance, combines academic education and job training. It is a task driven teaching mode combinating the theory and practice, cultivating students＂ ability, assess students＂ ability on the basis of industry requirements. The eharacteristics of Australia TAFE teaching mode can provide reference for the development of vocational education in our country.
