国槐尺蛾幼虫毛序及龄期特性观察

摘　　要：本试验对国槐尺蛾(Semiothisa cineraria Bremer&Grey)幼虫特性进行了三方面观察。第一,对各龄期幼虫体表上的毛序特征进行了观察,提供了除已知的体色、斑纹、体长之外的另一个识别幼虫种类的体表特征。第二,在本实验的幼虫饲养过程中,于2013年6月中、下旬至7月中、下旬发生的当年第一代幼虫中观察到了6龄的老熟幼虫,与已有的幼虫最大龄期报道结果一致,也进一步明确了6龄幼虫在天津的发生时期。第三,观察发现:5龄和6龄幼虫腹足外侧体壁上的斑块有两种类型,一种个体在毛片区域上有较大黑斑块,另一种个体无斑块,只有微小的黑色毛片,毛片形态与虫体背方毛片相同。In this experiment, the observation on the chaetotaxy and larva stage characteristics of moth Semiothisa cineraria Bremer ＆ Grey was conducted in three aspects. First, the larva＇s pinaculum was observed. And this morphological characteristic was suggested to be used to recognize the lavae species except those of body color, body surface marks and body length known. Second, the results of larva raising experiment carried out during from middle and late May to middle and late June in 2013 showed that the largest larva stage was six instar and the currency time of the six instar larva in Tianjin was further made sure. Third, it was found that five and six instar stage larvae can be divided into two types according to the marks on their prolegs. One had larger black marks on the pinacu- lure area of the prolegs, another only had small black pinaculums just same as those on the dorsal side of the larva body.
