摘　　要：当前高校专职心理咨询资源紧缺,兼职心理咨询师成为高校心理咨询服务工作的主要工作力量,他们的专业化发展对促进学生健康发展,维护校园和谐稳定具有不可取代的作用。本文从兼职心理咨询师工作队伍的构成与角色定位、专业发展的厘定与制约因素等方面入手,深入探讨推进其专业化发展的长效机制,以期能为当前高等教育中心理健康教育工作添砖加瓦。As the full-time counseling resources are in short supply,part-time counselors are becoming the major work force of the psychological consultation service in University.Their professional development plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the healthy development of students,as well as in maintaining a stable and harmonious campus.This paper has an exploration on the form,role positioning,and professional development of determining and restricting factors of part-time counselors,and a depth study of long-term mechanism to promote their professional development.It is hoped that it will have a little contribution to the development of current mental health education in higher education
