摘　　要：在金融危机背景下,各国实体经济处于低迷状态,资源出口国政府的财政收支不平衡,全球资源民族主义浪潮因此重新兴起。资源出口国纷纷增设税费项目、推行国有化措施、强制规定国有参股比例、实施本地化要求、重审矿业开发合同。针对这些政策的负面影响,资源进口国矿业公司可以通过投资目的地国内法救济、投资合同救济、双边多边投资协定、政治保险合同等多种法律途径维护自身合法权益。Under the influence of the financial crisis, the global substantial economy is in the doldrums, and the resource exporting countries are confronted with payment disequilibrium, thus the wave of nationalism over resources is restarted. One after another, the resource exporting countries have increased taxes and dues, promoted nationalization, set mandatory provisions on the proportion of state - owned stock, implemented local- ization, reviewed the compacts concerning mining industry. In order to eliminate the negative influence of these measures, the importing countries may safeguard their own interests by applying domestic law relief in invest- ment destination, investment contract relief, bilateral or multilateral agreements of investment, political insur- ance contract, and so on.
