应用型本科院校在地方公共文化服务中的组织责任探微

摘　　要：文章在分析应用型本科院校参与地方公共文化服务的必要性的基础上,指出高校参与地方公共服务的组织责任主要体现在人才资源、公益文化、办学资源等方面,参与地方公共文化服务的途径为文化服务、科技服务、志愿者服务等。应用型本科院校参与地方公共文化服务,实现高校与地方政府的"双赢"。The paper, on the basis of analyzing the necessity of applicationoriented universities＇ participation in local public cultural services with their advantages in human resources, public culture, educational resources, proposes ways to be involved in local public cultural services through cultural, technology and volunteer services so as to achieve a ＂win-win＂ cooperation.
