白色波特兰水门汀与MTA的粒径和部分重金属含量比较

摘  要:目的比较白色波特兰水门汀(white portland cement,WPC)、灰色波特兰水门汀(gray portland cement,GPC)和无机三氧化聚合物(mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA)的平均粒径和粒度分布,以及WPC、WPC+20%氧化铋(bismuth oxide,BO)和MTA的部分重金属元素的含量,为评价WPC部分理化性能和安全性提供依据。方法采用S3500系列激光粒度分析仪测量WPC和MTA的粒径。采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry,ICP-AES)测量WPC、WPC+20%BO及MTA中铋、铅、砷、镍、锰、镉和铬等7种重金属元素含量。结果 WPC的平均粒径与MTA比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),GPC的平均粒径大于MTA和WPC(P〈0.05)。在0.289~31.110μm粒径段,WPC与MTA粒度分布差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),GPC粒度分布明显小于WPC和MTA(P〈0.05)。WPC中砷、镍、锰和铬含量高于MTA;铋、铅和镉含量低于MTA。加入BO后WPC中砷、镍和锰含量降低,铋、铅和铬含量增高,镉含量无变化。结论 WPC与MTA平均粒径和粒度分布相当,微粒粒径明显小于GPC;在考虑铅、砷、镍、锰、镉和铬含量时,WPC应用于临床较安全,若添加显影剂BO,则应提高BO的纯度,提示WPC有替代MTA应用于口腔临床的潜力。Objective To compare the particle size and distribution between the white portland cement(WPC),gray portland cement(GPC),and mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA),and the content of some heavy metals between WPC,WPC+20%bismuth oxide(BO),and MTA in order to provide evidence for evaluation of the phys-chemical properties and safety of WPC.Methods The paticle size of WPC,gray portland cement(GPC),and MTA was analyzed with laser particle size analyzer(S3500series).The contents of 7heavy metals(bismuth,lead,arsenic,nickel,manganese,chromium,cadmium)in WPC,WPC+20%BO,and MTA were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Results There was no significant difference in the mean particle size between WPC and MTA(P0.05).The mean particle size of GPC was significantly greater than that of WPC and MTA(P0.05).When the particle size was in the range of 0.289 to 31.110μm,the particle distribution was no significantly different between WPC and MTA(P0.05).However,the particle distribution was significantly less in GPC than in WPC and MTA(P0.05).Additionally,the contents of arsenic,nickel,manganese,and chromium were higher in WPC than in MTA and the contents of bismuth,lead,and cadmium were less in WPC than in MTA.After adding BO to WPC,the contents of arsenic,nickel and manganese were decreased,while the contents of bismuth,lead and chromium were increased and the cadmium content remained unchanged in WPC.Conclusion The particle size and distribution of WPC was not significantly different from those of MTA,but the particle size of WPC and MTA was significantly smaller than that of GPC.In terms of the contents of heavy metals(such as lead,arsenic,nickel,manganese and chromium),it is safer to apply WPC to clinical practice.The purity of WPC should be improved if BO is added.Our results suggest WPC may be substituted for MTA in oral clinical practice.
