摘　　要：围绕凯里学院过去的办学历史和当前的发展现状,着眼未来,根据对留学生教学管理的调研,结合学校的总体发展部署和要求,设计符合凯里学院留学生工作发展需要的教学管理模式,提出相关的改革建议,为凯里学院留学生工作的长远发展提供相应的理据。Throughout the development of foreign students＇ education more than 20 years, we can see that there are still many problems which are worthy paying attention to and solving while we have got breakthroughs and achievements, among which there is an obvious problem in the teaching manage- ment of students. This paper, looking forwards to the future, strives to carry out the research in teach- ing management of students around teaching history of the past and the current development situation, Combined with the school＇s overall development deployment and requirements, puts forward the relevant reform suggestions, designs teaching management mode to meet the development of oversea students＇ education in Kaili University, and provides the corresponding reasons for the long - term de- velopment of the oversea students＇ work in the University.
