摘　　要：目的：研究钾离子通道阻滞剂四乙胺（T EA ）在体外是否具有抗胶质瘤作用，对胶质瘤细胞是否具有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的作用。方法四甲基噻唑蓝比色法（MTT 法）观察 TEA对胶质瘤细胞生长、增殖的影响。结果 MTT法发现 TEA可显著抑制胶质瘤细胞株的生长，且呈时间和剂量依赖性。结论 T EA在体外可显著抑制C6与9L胶质瘤细胞株增殖，其作用机制可能和细胞凋亡有关。Objective To study wheather tetraethylammonium （TEA） could inhibit the proliferation of rat glioma cells in vitro ,and investigate the role of inhibiting the proliferation of glioma cells .Methods Effect of TEA on the growth of glioma cells was observed by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium （MTT ） method . Results MTT results showed that TEA could inhibit the growth of glioma cells ,furthermore ,time and dose were dependent .Conclusions TEA can significantly inhibit the growth of C6 and 9L glioma cells line in vitro ,the mechanism may be related with cell apoptosis .
