外剥内扎加部分内外括约肌侧切术治疗环状嵌顿痔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察和评价外剥内扎加部分内外括约肌侧切术治疗环状嵌顿痔的临床疗效。方法:将160例环状嵌顿痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例。治疗组采用外剥内扎加部分内外括约肌侧切术,对照组采用单纯的外剥内扎术。观察两组的疗效、术后创面愈合时间、术后并发症如切口疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门狭窄、排便困难及术后控便力等。结果:两组在术后创面愈合时间及术后并发症方面均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:外剥内扎加部分内外括约肌侧切术治疗环状嵌顿痔具有缩短创面愈合时间、减少术后并发症发生等优点,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe and assess the therapeutic effect of exteral dissection internal ligation and partial incision of the internal sphincter and external sphincter in the treatment of circumferential incarcerated hemorrhoid. Methods： 160 Patients with circumferential incarcerated hemorrhoid were divided into 2 groups. The treatment group （80 cases） was treated by exteral dissection internal ligation and partial incision of the internal sphincter and external sphincter, and the control group （80 cases） was treated by exteral dissection and internal ligation. The curative effect, the healing time and the complication were observed. Results： There were differences in the healing time and postoperative complications （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The exteral dissection internal ligation and partial incision of the internal sphincter and external sphincter is a reasonable method for the treatment of circumferential incarcerated hemorrhoid. It can shorten wound healing time and lessen postoperative complications.
