摘  要:目的:优选降糖1号中黄芪、地骨皮等水提部分药材的提取工艺条件。方法:建立水提液中黄芪甲苷的RP-HPLCELSD含量测定方法。采用正交试验法,以黄芪甲苷得率为指标,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数对黄芪甲苷得率的影响,优选水提部分药材的提取工艺条件。结果:水提取部分的最优工艺条件为:12倍量水提取3次,每次1h。结论:优选得到的工艺条件,设计合理,稳定可控,有效成分得率较高。Objective:To optimize extraction process conditions of Astragalus membranaceus, cortex lycii radicis and other water extrac-tion medicinal herbs in hypoglycemic No.1.Methods:To establish a RP-HPLC-ELSD method for determination of astragaloside A in water extraction.The astragaloside A extraction rate was selected as index, using orthogonal test method, the influence of amount of water, extraction time, extraction times on the yield of astragaloside A was investigated, to optimize extraction process conditions of wa-ter extraction medicinal materials.Results:The optimum process conditions of water extraction was as follows:12 times of water and extracting for 3 times, each time is 1 hour.Conclusion: The optimized process conditions is reasonable, stable and controllable, the yield of effective components is high.
