甘露聚糖肽对溃疡性结肠炎病人TLR-2和TLR-4表达影响

摘　　要：目的了解甘露聚糖肽对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)病人Toll样受体2(TLR-2)、Toll样受体4(TLR-4)表达的影响。方法 UC病人200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组病人给予美沙拉嗪颗粒2g冲服每天2次,9g/L氯化钠注射液100mL静脉滴注每天1次;观察组给予美沙拉嗪颗粒2g冲服每天2次,甘露聚糖肽10mg溶于9g/L氯化钠注射液100mL静脉滴注每天1次,15d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。分别于治疗前和治疗后,取病变最显著肠黏膜组织3块,应用免疫组化方法检测TLR-2和TLR-4表达。结果治疗前,两组TLR-2、TLR-4表达比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后观察组TLR-2、TLR-4表达阳性率低于对照组,差异有显著性(χ2=5.49、6,12,P<0.05)。结论甘露聚糖肽能抑制UC病人TLR-2、TLR-4的表达。Objective To understand the effect of Mannatide on the expressions of TLR 2 and TLR-4 in patients with ul cerative colitis （UC）. Methods This study enrolled 200 patients with UC who were evenly randomized to control group and ob- servation group. The patients in the control group were given Mesalazine 2 g, dissolved in water, twice daily, and 100 mL of sodium chloride injection IV drip, daily; those in the observation group were given Mesalazine 2 g, dissolved in water, by mouth, twice daily, and 10 mg of Mannatide dissolved in normal saline （100 mid, IV drip, daily. A course of treatment was 15 days, a to- tal of two courses were offered. Before and after therapy, the tissues of intestinal mucosa with significantly involved were taken to detect the expressions of TLR-2 and TLR 4 by using immunohistochemical method. Results Before therapy, the expressions of TLR 2 and TLR 4 between the two groups were not statistically different （P〉0.05）, and after therapy, the expressions of that in the observation group were lower versus the control （x^2=5.49,6,12;P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mannatide can inhibit the expressions of TLR2 and TLR4 in patients with ulcerative colitis.
