摘  要:目的探讨临床护士工作倦怠水平及其与社会支持、归因方式的关系。方法 用工作倦怠量表、社会支持量表和归因方式问卷,对开封市3家三级甲等医院的283名护士进行调查。结果临床护士轻度、中度和高度工作倦怠的检出率分别为55.5%、30.4%和10.2%;护士工作倦怠与社会支持各维度和积极归因呈显著负相关,与消极归因呈显著正相关;客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度、消极归因和积极归因对护士工作倦怠具有显著预测性。结论大部分临床护士存在不同程度的工作倦怠,社会支持和归因方式对其工作倦怠有显著影响,因此,可通过增加社会支持、改变归因方式来缓解或预防护士工作倦怠。Objective To explore the correlation between job burnout and social support as well as attribution style of clinical nurses. Methods Totally 283 nurses from 3 hospitals in Kaifeng were investigated with the Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory,the Social Support Rating Scale and the Attributional Style Questionnaire. Results The proportion of low level,middle level and high level of job burnout among these nurse were 55.5% ,30.4% and 10.2%. Job burnout was negatively correlated with social support as well as positive attribution style,and positively correlated with negative attribution style. Objective support subjective support,support utilization,negative attribution style and positive attribution style were indicated as predictive factors of job burnout among clinical nurses. Conclu- sion Most nurses have job burnout which can be influenced by social support and attribution style. So we can prevent job burnout by increasing social support and cbangin~ attribution style.
