摘  要:为探究国内培植的转基因大豆对小鼠的生殖细胞及骨髓细胞的影响,通过精子畸形和骨髓微核试验,各在临床和显微镜下进行测定和观察,旨在为国内研发培植的转基因大豆的安全性提供理论上的基础依据。4种转基因大豆的精子畸形试验结果和微核试验结果显示,各试验组间无显著性差异且均显示阴性。因此,4种转基因大豆与2种亲本大豆在毒理学方面有实质等同性。Since the advent of genetically modified soybeans, it has brought about a huge economic and social benefits, while its safety problem has been the focus of exploration, the main focus revolves around whether it harms to human health or damages the environment. Therefore, we need to carry out the study of the safety evaluation of genetically modified soybean urgently. The results of safety evaluation as follows: the GM soybean was actually nontoxic. No significant difference was found between the groups fed GM soybean, non-GM soybean and the control diet of the sperm abnormality rate and the micronucleus rate. The totality of results demonstrate that four genetically modified soybeans are similar with respect to their nutritional value and systemic effects as other conventional soybean varieties. Hence, it wasn't finded any adversely affect its nutritional or safety status to mammals from four genetically modified soybeans.
