摘 要:文章以森工企业为例探索资源型企业如何才能从履行社会责任中获利。通过14个森工企业的案例分析,总结为履行社会责任,森工企业选择何种战略来平衡和改善经济绩效与生态绩效,进而构建战略选择在社会责任和经济绩效间的调节效用假设,基于138份有效数据验证它们之间的关系。研究发现,履行社会责任对生态绩效有积极影响,但会损害森工企业的经济绩效;但森工企业并非一筹莫展,它们会采取有限多元化战略和价值链整合战略来进行有效应对,有限多元化战略和价值链整合战略在社会责任和经济绩效的关系间起到显著正向调节作用。研究结果有助于以森工企业为代表的资源型企业从履行社会责任中获利。This paper explores how resource-based enterprises profit from the fulfillment of CSR. The paper,through a case study of 14 forestry industry enterprises, puts it down to the fulfillment of CSR and the strategic option to balance and im?prove financial performance and ecological performance by forestry industry enterprises. Furthermore,the paper builds the hypothesis of the moderating role of strategic option in the relationship between CSR and economic performance,and verifies this relationship in accordance with 138 valid data. The results show that the fulfillment of CSR has a positive impact on eco?logical performance and a negative impact on economic performance. However,forestry industry enterprises can adopt the re?lated diversification strategy and the industrial value chain integration strategy to deal effectively with the dilemma , the two strategies have significant positive impacts on the relationship between CSR and economic performance. The study is condu?cive to resource-based enterprises,represented by forestry industry enterprises,profit from the fulfillment of CSR .
