摘  要:液力变矩器泵轮输入转矩和涡轮输出转矩的监测难度较大,因此无法直接测算装载机循环工况中液力变矩器的传动效率。提出一种通过液力变矩器的速比间接测算其传动效率的方法,该方法以循环工况的速比为索引,可根据液力变矩器原始特性中的速比与传动效率的对应关系,利用插值法反求传动效率,从而获得装载机循环工况中液力变矩器的传动效率。运用该方法对某国产装载机液力变矩器的传动效率进行测算,结果表明,该装载机液力变矩器在循环工况中的传动效率受物料和所处工况等因素影响较大,在高负荷工况和较坚硬物料时传动效率较低,在低负荷工况和松散物料时传动效率较高;指出液力变矩器传动效率总体水平不高,是目前装载机油耗较高的主要原因之一。Higher difficulty lies in monitoring both of the propeller's input torque and output torque of the turbine in a hydraulic converter,so that it is impossible to measure directly transmission efficiency of the hydraulic torque converter in a loader under working cycles.A way out is to provide an indirect prediction for the drive efficiency by means of gear ratio of the converter,i.e.taking a gear ratio under circular working conditions as the index,in accordance of corresponding relations between gear ratio of the converter's original characters and the drive efficiency by using an interpolation method to counterclaim the drive efficiency so as to get a drive efficiency of the hydraulic torque converter of the loader under circular working conditions.This method was used to predict drive efficiency of the converter installed in a Chinese loader.Results show that such a converter's efficiency was highly affected by the materials so handled and by the existing operational conditions,with lower efficiency under heavy load conditions and hard materials to handle,while getting better efficiency under lower load conditions with loose materials to handle.Nevertheless,the drive efficiency has been generally at a lower level,which is one of main reasons for the loader getting higher fuel consumption rate.
