摘　　要：移动式破碎机在砂石生产和废旧混凝土回收再利用中得到广泛应用,目前破碎机振动给料机给料速度是通过对发动机转速进行监控,由人工操作调节的,不能根据发动机的负载变化准确地调整给料量,影响产品质量和生产效率。针对这一问题,将模糊控制和PLC控制技术相结合,对移动式破碎机的给料速度进行研究,设计基于PLC控制的给料速度与发动机功率匹配控制系统,使移动式破碎机的给料速度控制精度、自动化程度以及抗干扰能力都得到提高。A mobile crusher is widely used in sand and stone production run and waste concrete recycling.However,feeding rate at a crusher's feeder at present is monitored through the engine's RPM manually,instead of precisely readjusting the feeding rate according to the engine's load variation that affects the products quality and output rate.In view of this problem,a fuzzy control was combined with PLC control to carry out a study on the feeding rate so as to upgrade the speed control precision,automation degree,and capacity to resist disturbance of the crusher,in a new design as based on a control system with PLC over the feeding rate matched-up with the engine's power.
