科技型中小企业如何在恰当时间获得匹配人才?——基于“聚集+培育”双轮驱动视角

摘　　要：明晰科技型中小企业的人才获取途径是助推企业快速发展的有效途径。采用基于内容分析的案例研究方法,通过分析天津市18家科技型中小企业,识别出11个人才获取的影响因素及其在企业不同发展阶段的33个具体表现形式。研究表明,科技型中小企业获取人才源自外部聚集和内部培育的共同作用,外部聚集是人才获取的主导作用,并归纳出各发展阶段人才获取的当前强化和未来培育路径。Research on the way of enterprise talent acquisition is the key point to explore the rapid development of enterprise. Using the method based on content analysis, this article obtained 11 factors of talent acquisition and 33 specific forms in different development stages of enterprises. The results showed that enterprises talent acquisi- tion origin from external agglomeration and internal cultivation working together at first. Secondly, external agglo- meration play the dominant role of talent acquisition. Finally, it summarized the strengthening path of talent acquisi- tion in the current and cultivating path of talent acquisition in future. The conclusion are conducive to formula- tion and implementation of talent strategy .
