摘  要:目的了解在当前加碘盐浓度下,新乡市5类重点人群的碘营养现状,为今后科学防治碘缺乏病提供依据。方法采用一次性点状调查方式,在新乡市12个县(市、区)调查新婚妇女、孕妇、哺乳期妇女、婴幼儿和学龄儿童5类重点人群的尿碘水平,采用WS/T107-2006-尿中碘的砷铈催化分光光度测定方法进行尿碘检测。结果 5类重点人群共检测尿碘1343份,哺乳期妇女尿碘中位数(51.5μg/L)低于100μg/L,其他4种人群分别为新婚育龄妇女(322.3μg/L)、学龄儿童(271.0μg/L)、孕妇(261.8μg/L)、婴幼儿(168.0μg/L),尿碘中位数均高于100μg/L,其中育龄妇女、孕妇、学龄儿童碘营养高于适宜水平,婴幼儿碘营养处于适宜水平,哺乳期妇女碘营养处于不足水平;高碘地区孕妇及8-10岁儿童的尿碘水平与低碘地区差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);城市育龄妇女及哺乳期妇女的尿碘水平与农村地区差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新乡市育龄妇女、孕妇及学龄儿童碘营养水平偏高,哺乳期妇女碘营养不足,应加强健康教育工作,指导市民特别是哺乳期妇女科学补碘,同时要继续加强重点人群碘营养状况监测。Objective To investigate the iodine nutritional status of the target populations in Xinxiang, and provide the basis for future scientific control of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods "spot checking" was used, and 5 groups of target population including woman of childbearing age, pregnant and lactating women, infants and school children were investigated from 12 districts and towns in Xinxiang. Urinary iodine was measured by WS/T107-2006-As3+-Ce4+ catalytic speetrophotometry. Results A total of 1343 urine samples from 5 groups of target population were examined. The median of iodine level was less than 100 μg/L in the lactating women, while it was higher than 100μg/L in other four groups of people, The urinary iodine in childbearing age women, pregnant women, or school children was above the appropriate level, while it was appropriate in the infants, and insufficient in the the lactating women. The level of urinary iodine pregnant women or school children was significant higher in iodine excess areas than that in iodine deficiency ar- eas. Significant differences were also observed in the levels of childbearing age woman and the lactating women between urban and rural areas, Conclusions Childbearing age woman, pregnant women and school children in Xinxiang have higher levels of iodine nutrition, while thelaetating women were in Iodine deficiency condition. It is necessary to promote health education and instruct pregnant women to supplement iodine, additionally, surveillance of the iodine nutrition status of the targeted population should be strengthened.
