摘 要:目的观察脂氧素受体激动剂BML-111处理对野百合碱(MCT)导致大鼠肺动脉压力的改变情况。方法 SD大鼠36只,按照随机的原则分为C组、P组和B组,每组各12只,P组和B组皮下注射野百合碱50μg/g,C组皮下注射相等容量的生理盐水,B组腹腔注射1 mg·kg-1·d-1BML-111持续28 d。测量三组SD大鼠的平均肺动脉压力(MPAP)、右心室收缩压(RVSP)及右心室(RV)/[左室(LV)+室间隔(S)]比值,记录肺组织白介素1β(IL-1β)和组织因子(TF)的水平。结果 P组和B组大鼠的MPAP、RVSP、RV/(LV+S)、肺组织IL-1β及TF水平均高于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组大鼠的MPAP、RVSP、RV/(LV+S)、肺组织IL-1β及TF水平均低于P组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脂氧素受体激动剂BML-111可有效抑制野百合碱导致的大鼠肺动脉压力升高,其原理可能与减轻肺组织IL-1β及TF水平有关。Objective To analyzes the effect of BML-111 in treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension induced by monocrotaline (MCT). Methods Thirty-six SD rats were randomly divided into three groups (C group, P group and B group), with 12 rats in each group. Both P group and B group were processed subcutaneous injection of 50μg/g monocrotaline, while C group received same volume of saline. B group was additionally treated with intraperi-toneal injection of 1 mg&#183;kg-1&#183;d-1 BML-111 from the day of monocrotaline injection. Mean pulmonary arterial pres-sure (mPAP), right ventricular systolic pressure (RVSP), ratio of right ventricle to the sum of left ventricle and inter-ventricular septum [RV/(LV+S)], the pulmonary interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and tissue factor (TF) were observed and as-sayed. Results The levels of MPAP, RVSP, RV/(LV+S), pulmonary IL-1βand TF in P and B groups were signifi-cantly higher than those in C group (P〈0.05), and the levels in B group were significantly lower than those in P group (P〈0.05). Conclusion BML-111 can improve pulmonary arterial hypertension, which may be attributed to the inhibi-tory the inflammation of pulmonary tissue.
