摘 要:针对小口径自动炮连发射击散布较大的问题,联合三维建模软件Pro/E,动力学仿真软件ADAMS以及有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了小口径自动炮刚柔耦合动力学模型。模型考虑了小口径自动炮身管的柔性特性,对身管进行了模态分析并得到了身管的模态中性文件。通过实弹射击试验测试数据与仿真数据的对比,验证了模型的可靠性。基于上述模型进行仿真,得到了引入连接管前后及不同连接点位置和间隙时的炮口高低方向振动特性,分析可得连接管的引入能有效降低小口径火炮炮口振动,并且连接管与自动炮身管间间隙越小,连接管距离炮口越近对提高射击稳定性越有利,仿真结果为提高小口径自动炮射击精度提供了理论指导和技术支持。A small- caliber auto -gun rigid -flexible coupling simulation model is built up by combining the three -dimensional modeling software Pro/E, the dynamic simulation software ADAMS and the finite element analy- sis software ANSYS. In this model, the flexible characteristic of small - caliber auto - gun tube is considered, the modal of the tube is analyzed, and the modal neutral file is obtained. The reliability of the model is validated by con- trasting the test results and the simulation results. The gun muzzle height vibration characteristic of different connect- ing pip location and clearance is simulated based on the model. The result shows that the connecting can decrease the vibration of the small- caliber muzzle, and the smaller the clearance between the connecting pip and closer to the gun muzzle, the more stable of firing, which afford the theory guidance and technical support for increasing the firing precision of small - caliber.
