摘  要:采用半导体制冷技术对大功率LED主动散热,设计并搭建了以微控制器(STC89C52)和半导体制冷器(TECI-12703)为核心的大功率LED温度控制系统,实现了温度的测量、显示、设置及控制。该温控系统的控制部分输出不同占空比的PWM波,控制半导体制冷片驱动电流的大小,从而达到不同的制冷效果,完成温度控制。实验结果表明,当环境温度为22~25℃时使用该系统对7×3W的LED模组进行温度控制,可使LED模组的基板温度稳定在40~70℃。LED基板的上、下极限温度分别设置为64℃和65℃时,实际制冷所消耗的功率只有LED工作功率的27%。该系统制冷速度可达14℃/min,温度波动仅为±0.5℃,满足LED散热的需要。Semiconductor refrigeration was used for heat dissipation of high power LEDs. A practical temperature-controlling system was designed and built with a microcontroller unit (STC89C52) and a thermoelectric cooling module (TEC1-12703) as the core components. Functions including temperature measurement, display, setup, and control were realized. PWM (pulse width modulation) was applied to regulate the driving current of the thermoelectric cooler. Effective refrigeration and tempera- ture control were thus achieved. This system was used for the temperature control of a LED module with the power of 7 × 3 W. When the environment temperature was 22 - 25 ℃, the suhstrate temperature of the LED module could be stabilized in the range of 40-70 ℃. If the upper and lower temperature limits of the LED substrate were set to be 64℃and 65 ℃, respective- ly, the power consumed by thermoelectric cooling was only 27% of that consumed by the LEDs. The temperature-controlling system had a high cooling speed (up to 14℃2/min) and small temperature fluctuation (only ±0.5 ℃). It fulfilled the require- ments for LED temperature control and could be used for many other applications.
