摘　　要：目前,国家对大学本科生的应用人才培养教育提到了一个前所未有的高度,特别强调地方本科院校要向应用型人才培养转型。如何强化地方院校的计算机专业应用人才培养是一个系统工程,需要摆脱传统的教学模式。对目前地方院校的教学现状与人才培养情况进行了深入调研,提出了基于协同与创新模式来培养应用型人才。从培养目标、课程体系、培养实施方案详细论述了地方院校应用型人才培养方法,强调以学生为主体,多方协同,特别是产学研协同的教学模式。At present,the training of applied talents education has been improved as an important in our country.The applica-tion talents cultivation is particularly emphasized in the local colleges.How to strengthen the cultivation of computer major ap-plied talents is a systematic project in the local colleges.It is need to get rid of the traditional teaching mode.The current situa-tion of the cultivation of talents is researched in local colleges.The cooperation and innovation is proposed based on training ap-plied talents.We discussed it in detail from the training objectives,course system and training scheme.The students are em-phasized as the main body in the applied talents training method.
