摘 要:功率分流式双模混合动力系统由输入分配式、输出分配式、复合分配式和串联模式中的两种模式组合来实现。本文中提出一种系统的分析方法对复合分配式和输入分配式组成的双模混合动力系统的构型进行分析。首先利用基于杆模型逆向拆分的分析方法从种类繁多的复合分配式构型中分析得出适用于混合动力车的所有可行构型,并通过将机械点设定在期望的传动比上,得到相应的复合分配式构型。在此构型的基础上,再结合离合器实现输入分配式模式和两个模式的切换,从而确定出双模混合动力系统构型。In power-split hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), a dual-mode hybrid powertrain system is composed of any two of the four modes (input-split, output-split, compound-split and series mode). In this paper, an analysis method is proposed to analyze the configuration of dual-mode hybrid powertrain system consisting of compound-split and input-split modes. Firstly a method of lever model reverse splitting is used to single out all the feasi- ble configurations suited to HEV from a variety of compound-split schemes. Then, by setting two mechanical points at desired gear ratios, the compound-split configuration is obtained, based on which with two clutches added, the input split mode and the switching between two modes are realized, and hence the configuration of dual-mode hybrid powertrain system is determined in the end.
