面向创新人才培养的实验室开放模式研究

摘　　要：在论述实验室开放的理念及思路的基础上,介绍了实验室开放的模式和管理策略,探讨适合网络通信实验室的开放模式。基于培养创新型人才的理念,提出了实验室开放的具体措施:改革实验教学方法、丰富综合性实验项目和制定切实可行的管理制度。网络通信实验室开放有利于提高实验教学质量,对培养学生的实践能力、创新能力、科研能力等方面有着重要作用。On the basis of the ideas and methods of open laboratory,this paper introduces the model and management strategy of open laboratory in the universities,to explore the management model of open Network Communication Laboratory. Based on the innovating personnel training,this paper discusses the specific measures of open laboratory,including the reform of experimental teaching method,the abundant comprehensive experiment projects and the development of practical management system. The open Network Communication Laboratory is conducive to improving the quality of experimental teaching and plays an important role in developing the students＇ practical ability,innovation ability and scientific research ability.
