摘　　要：文章就目前高校大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状,结合辅导员的角色和地位,分析了辅导员在大学生职业生涯规划教育体系中扮演的角色,对辅导员开展大学生职业生涯规划与指导工作的基本思路和存在问题进行了分析。This paper focuses on the present situation of college students＇career planning education, combined with the role and status of the instructors, analyzes the role of the instructor plays in col- lege student career planning education system, and explores the basic ideas and existing problems of the instructors＇carrying out college students＇career planning and guidance work.
