摘　　要：高职院校人才培养"三对接"理念要求根据院校特色和学生特点,围绕学生职业能力培养这一目标,积极地进行专业建设和改革。该文主要以服装设计专业为例,重点探讨在这一理念下的人才培养体系建设和实践。＂Three joints＂ idea of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges should base on the features of both colleges and students, focus on the target of training the students＂ profes- sional ability and actively carry out professional construction and reform. This paper takes fash- ion design major as an example and mainly discusses the construction and practice of the talent cultivation system under this idea.
