摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟联合LBL教学法在培养急救护理教学人员中的应用效果。方法对符合纳入标准的58名护士采用情景模拟联合LBL教学法进行急救理论知识、急救操作技能、临床急救能力及教学能力培训,采用考核的形式评价培训效果。结果培训后护士的急救理论考核成绩、急救操作技术考核成绩、临床急救能力及教学能力均显著高于培训前(均P<0.01)。结论情景模拟联合LBL教学法有助于提高临床护士的急救能力和临床教学能力。Objective To explore the effect of situational teaching and lecture-based learning(LBL)used in training of clinical nurse teachers in emergency education.Methods Fifty eight nurses who met the inclusion criteria received a training program using situational teaching and LBL.The training contents included theoretical knowledge about emergency care,practical skills of first aid,clinical emergency skills,and teaching skills.Results The test scores of theoretical knowledge,practical skills,clinical emergency skills,and teaching skills were significantly improved after the training(P〈0.01 for all).Conclusion The situational teaching and LBL used in training of clinical nurse teachers in emergency education can improve emergency skills and teaching ability of nurses.
