摘　　要：随着依法治国战略的深入推进,科学界定案及其防范与治理顿成沸点。防范与治理是一个系统工程,需要从完善立法、透明讯问、细化非法证据排除程序、加强公检法相互制约建设、提升有效辩护水平、提高司法人员素质、加强和完善党的领导等方面努力。With the development of ruling the country by law, scientific definition, prevention and administration of criminal unjust cases become a hot topic. Prevention and administration is a systematic process which needs perfecting the legisla- tion, opening examination, refining the eliminating program of illegal evidence, heightening the interacting construction of the government＇ s public security departments, enhancing the effective counsel, improving the quality of judicial officials and strengthening the party＇ s leadership.
