摘　　要：知识经济使得智力资本成为企业价值创造的关键驱动因素,企业利益相关者对智力资本信息披露的需求与日俱增。本文首先阐述了对国内外智力资本信息披露的实践,然后对智力资本创值途径和作用进行了分析,最后构建了基于创值观的企业智力资本报告框架,旨在为进一步地研究和实践创新活动提供启示。The rapid development of the knowledge economy made the intellectual capital information disclosure to be a theme. Firstly, this paper reviews on the practice of intellectual capital information disclosure. Then, it probes into the ~tion mechanism of intellectual capital in enterprise value creation. Finally, it designs a new framework of intellectual capital report based on viewpoint of value creation for Chinese firm.
