摘 要:以微波固相法合成SBA-15负载磷钨酸催化剂,用XRD、IR、TG、SEM进行表征,结果表明,磷钨酸与SBA-15的表面碱性羟基结合,催化剂仍保持载体的介孔结构和磷钨酸的Keggin型结构,热稳定性良好。将催化剂用于苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的合成,探究诸因素对苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛收率的影响。在苯甲醛为0.1 mol,n(苯甲醛)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.5,反应时间为60 min,催化剂用量为1.5%,带水剂环己烷用量是8.0 m L的条件下,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛收率可达到73.3%,负载后的磷钨酸催化苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛收率提高了38.8%。SBA-15 loaded phosphotungstic acid catalyst was prepared by Microwave solid phase method. The characterization results by XRD, IR, TG and SEM showed catalyst retains the Keggin type structure of Silicotungstic acid and Mesoporous structure of the carrier with good thermal stability after phosphotungstic acid binding with alkaline surface hydroxyl SBA-15. The catalyst was applied in the composing of benzaldehyde ethylene glycol acetal to study the influence of various factors on the yield of Benzaldehyde ethylene glycol acetal. Under the condition of using 0.1 mol of benzaldehyde, n (benzaldehyde):n (ethylene glycol)=1∶1.5, with reaction time of 60 min, and catalyst usage of 1.5%, and water carrying agent cyclohexane usage of 8.0 mL, the yield of benzaldehyde ethylene glycol acetal reaches 73.3%. Therefore, the yield of benzaldehyde ethylene glycol acetal has been improved by 38.8%when catalyzed by loaded phosphotungstic acid.
