摘　　要："急性胸痛"是急诊科常见的就诊症状,涉及到多个器官系统,快速、准确鉴别诊断是急诊处理的难点和重点。近年来,医院承担河北省全科医学培训工作,为石家庄及周边县市培养社区医生,并专门把急性胸痛的诊治作为专项教育对全科医生进行培训,明显提高了全科医生对急性胸痛的认知和处理能力。＂Acute chest pain＂ is the common symptoms in emergency department which involves in multi- organs and systems.The difficulty and the critical point of emergency treatments are making differential diagnosis rapidly and accurately, In recent years, we undertake the task of general practice training in Hebei province and train general practitioners for Shijiazhuang and surrounding counties and cities. Training for general practitioners about acute chest pain, as a special education, have improved its recognition and management significantly.
