摘　　要：20世纪末期,商业银行自由化的浪潮被重新兴起,正值美国现代金融服务法案的通过时期,随着商业银行不断扩大的经营范围,他们所需要承担的责任和风险更大。因此,对商业银行业监管的加强、银行治理结构的完善就成了银行业关注的问题。本文通过对我国商业银行治理结构目前存在的问题进行分析,同时提出了相应的改善治理结构的建议。At the end of the 20th century, the wave of liberalization of commercial banks was raised again, during the period of the United States Bill of modern financial services ; with commercial banks continuing to expand the scope of business, they need to take greater responsibilities and risks.
