正式制度对企业创新的影响——基于中国工业企业数据的分析

摘　　要：创新是企业发展的动力和源泉,然而企业创新受到正式制度的影响和制约。文章以中国工业企业数据库统计的企业为例,以市场化指数为正式制度的指标,从企业创新投入和创新产出两个方面对2003年、2005年和2007年的企业样本数据进行了分析。分析结果表明正式制度对企业创新具有正向的影响,但是这种影响随时间的推移被非正式制度这种替代机制所破坏,导致正向的影响逐渐转变为负向的影响。Although innovation is the original driving force for enterprise development,it is affected and restricted by formal system. Taking Chinese industrial enterprises database as an example and the market index as the indicator of formal institution, this paper analyzes the sample data of 2003, 2005 and 2007 in terms of input and output of enterprise innovation. The results show that although formal institution poses positive impact on enterprise innovation, its effects are apt to be prevented and reversed with the passage of time as informal institution takes the place of formal institution.
