摘　　要：西柏坡时期中国共产党之妇女工作主要体现在采取种种举措打破对女性的束缚、鼓励妇女积极从事生产、动员广大妇女大力支援战争、引导女性参与政权建设等方面。中国共产党在西柏坡时期的妇女工作对于解放战争的胜利、广大妇女的觉醒以及男女平等的真正实现具有重要的推动作用。The women＇s work directed by the Communist Party of China in Xibaipo period was mainly reflected in all kinds of measures to have broken the shackles of women ,to have encouraged women to actively engage in production,to have mobilized women to vigorously support the war,to have guided the female to participate in political power construction and other aspects. The women＇s work had an important role in promoting the victory of Liberation War,awakening women and realizing gender equality.
