摘 要:顶岗实习过程中的经历和体验对于师范生职业认同的确立具有重要意义。实习期间,实习生经历的受挫事件主要包括课堂管理受挫事件、教学受挫事件、后进生转化受挫事件和师生关系受挫事件。受挫事件对于师范生的职业认同既具有消极影响,也具有积极影响。为了实现受挫事件的积极价值,就需要对师范生的实习过程进行指导和干预,通过指导其进行反思性学习,实施专业跟进指导以及建立实习共同体等,可以使受挫事件对师范生的职业认同和专业发展发挥更积极的作用。The experience in the process of field work is significant to the establishment of professional identity of the normal university students. During the internship,the intern setback events mainly include classroom management events,teaching events,underachiever transformation events,and unsatisfactory relationship between teachers and students. Frustrated events have negative effect on students' professional identity,and also have a positive impact. In order to implement the positive value of frustrated events,guidance and intervention need to be conducted. By guiding students in reflective learning and professional follow-up,the intern setback events could be made to play a more active role in students' professional identity and professional development
