摘  要:为研究水生克隆植物在营养盐胁迫下的响应行为,本试验在黑臭河道现场水培三种克隆植物梭鱼草、睡莲和轮叶狐尾藻,测试了其生长期间株高、茎径、叶面积、分株数、间隔子长度等形态学指标。结果发现:在黑臭水体中,水生克隆植物的形态学特征受氮的影响显著,与氨氮浓度显著负相关,硝氮浓度显著正相关;根茎型水生克隆植物的的株高、茎径、叶面积、克隆存活数以及间隔子长度均显著变化,具有更好的抗逆性和适应性。In order to illustrate morphological responses to nutrients stress, the three clonal plants, Pontederia cordata of rhizomatous type, Nymphaea tetragona of tuberous type and Myriophyllurn verticillatum of stoloniferous type were cultured in the malodorous water. Through detected morphological indexes of three plants, including plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, tiller number and spacer length, and regression correlation analysis of clonal plant's responses and strategies under high nutrient levels. The results showed that exogenous nitrogen had obvious effects on phenotypic plasticity of clonal plant, in terms of the morphological characteristics. There was a significant negative correlation between three hydrophytes and ammonia nitrogen concentration, and a significant positive correlation with nitrate nitrogen. In addition, the aquatic clonal plant of rhizomatous type had significant changes on five morphological indexes under nutrients stress and had better resistance and adaptability than the others.
