摘　　要：目的观察通心络胶囊治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床疗效。方法将72例TIA患者随机分为2组,对照组36例予曲克芦丁片治疗,治疗组36例予通心络胶囊治疗。比较2组治疗前后血脂指标变化,左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉和基底动脉血流速度变化。结果治疗组治疗后血脂指标,左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉及基底动脉血流速度均较本组治疗前改善(P<0.05),且2组组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组。结论通心络胶囊可调节TIA患者血脂,改善血液流速,降低患者发展为脑梗死的风险。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Tongxinluo capsule on transient ischemic attack （TIA）.Methods 72 TIA patients were randomly divided into two groups .36 patients in control group were treated by troxerutin tablets.36 patients in treatment group were treated by Tongxinluo capsule .The changes of blood lipid parameters,the blood velocity of left vertebral artery ,right vertebral artery and basilar artery before and after treatment were compared in two groups .Results The blood lipid parameters,the blood velocity of left vertebral artery ,right vertebral artery and basilar artery after treatment were improved in two groups （P 〈0.05）,there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈0.05）,and the improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can regulate blood lipids in TIA patients ,improve blood velocity,and lower the risks of secondary cerebral infarction .
