贵州药食两用植物资源调查

摘　　要：贵州省是一个多民族聚集,各类资源丰富的省份,尤其以药食两用植物资源大量富集。为了摸清贵州现有药食两用植物资源现状,为其更好地合理开发和科学利用提供参考,采用踏查、资料考证和文献整理相结合的方法对贵州药食两用植物资源进行了调查。经不完全统计表明贵州现有药食两用植物资源40科74属83种(含一个变种),其中百合科Liliaceae 8属(10.81%)14种(16.87%)最多,属种分别占总资源总数的10.81%和16.87%。根据各植物生境统计,以栽培为主的植物最多有47种占总数的31.13%。另外,按入药部位分析结果显示以叶和根入药的植物最多,均为20种占总数的比例为14.49%。Guizhou is a multi - ethnic province and it is rich in resources, especially aboundant in resources used for medicine and food dual purpose. Through field investigation, references research and document management and analysis, the dual - purpose resources for drug and food were investigated to know its current status and provide a reference for rational protection and scientific development and utilization. Incomplete statistics shows that there are 83 species （ including one mutation） , 74 genera and 40 families of the dual - purpose resources for drug and food in Guizhou, and Liliaceae is the largest with 14 species （ 16.87% ） 8 genera （ 10.81% ）. According to the habitat analysis of dual - purpose resources for drug and food in Guizhou, shows that the plants rely on cultivation are the most with 47 species account for 31.13% of the total amount. In addition, according to the analysis base on the medicinal parts, shows that the plants with leaves and roots as the medicinal parts are the most with 20 species respectively, 14.49% of the total amount.
