创业经验与创业能力的关系——学习能力与网络技术的作用

摘　　要：利用问卷调查数据,通过回归分析实证研究了创业经验与创业能力的关系以及学习能力在两者间关系中的中介作用和网络技术对两者间关系的调节作用。研究结果表明:创业经验与创业能力显著正相关;学习能力在两者间关系中起完全中介作用,网络技术起调节作用。Using the data from the questionnaire survey ,this paper empirically studies the relationship between entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial ability and the mediating effect of learning ability and the moderating effect of network technology on the above relationship through the hierarchical regression analysis.The results show as follows ：entrepreneurial experience is positively related to entrepreneurial abili‐ty significantly ;learning ability plays the complete mediating role on the above relationship ,and network technology could moderate this relation‐ship effectively .
