摘　　要：在自主择业的高校毕业生就业制度下,高校毕业生就业工作系统对于大学生就业的作用日益明显。从生命系统理论出发,通过构建高校毕业生就业系统,并在充分分析系统内部各功能子系统运行过程的基础上,剖析高校毕业生就业系统的基本特点,从而对大学生就业工作改革路径提出建议。With the development of the cause of mass education in China, the difficult employment of college students has become the social problems to be solved. In the employment of college graduates employment system under the system of independent, the employment of college graduates employment for college students is becoming more and more obvious. This paper gives the re- search from the perspective of the theory of life system, through the construction of the employment system of college graduates, based on the full analysis of the internal operation system of each function subsystem, analyzes the basic characteristics of the em- ployment system of college graduates, and puts forward the reform path and some suggestions on the problem of employment of u- niversity students, to promote the employment of college graduates with high quality.
