摘  要:目的:在某医学院临床医学和护理学专业"预防医学"课程中采取参与式教学,为探索提高医学本科生自主学习能力的教学方法和手段提供参考。方法:将334名学生按照自然班进行分组,每组课前制作PPT课件,由1人课堂参与式讲课。课后学生参与创新性和实践性教学活动。通过问卷调查和实证考察评价学生自主学习能力。结果:334名学生中63.5%的学生对预防医学内容有兴趣,67.8%的学生赞同参与式教学方法,82.6%的学生上课注意力集中,80.4%的学生对学习内容大部分掌握,85.7%的学生愿意宣传预防保健知识。在通识能力方面,82.1%的学生锻炼了语言表达能力,76.8%的学生培养了课件制作能力,73.2%的学生培养了自主学习能力。在职业能力方面,90.1%的学生增强了预防保健能力,84.8%的学生增强了健康教育能力,47.2%的学生增强了沟通能力。4名优秀学生在实践创新训练项目和创新学科竞赛中卓见成效。结论:参与式教学被医学生广为接受,提高了医学生的自主学习能力和综合素质。Objective A participative teaching was adopted in "Preventive Medicine" course to improve autonomous learning ability of applied medical talent, reference for improving the teaching methods and means. Method 334 students were grouped according to their classes. Each group made PPT courseware before class and one student participated in classroom teaching. Students participated in innovating and practical teaching activities after class. Autonomous learning ability of students are evaluated through the questionnaire survey and empirical survey. Results Of the 334 students, 63.5% of the students showed interest in "Preventive Medicine" content, 67.8% of the students agreed with participative teaching, 82.6% of the students can concentrate on the speaker, 80.4% of the students mastered most content of the course, 85.7% of the students is willing to propagandize prevention and healthcare knowledge. As for the general ability. 82.1% of the students exercised the ability to language expression, 76.8% of the students cultivated the ability to make courseware, 73.2% of the students cultivated the ability to autonomous learning. As for the occupation ability, 90.1% of the students enhanced the ability to prevention and healthcare, 84.8% of the students enhanced the ability to health education, 47.2% of the students enhanced communication skills. 4 excellent students gained great achievements in the practice innovation training project and creative disciplines compitition. Conclusion The participative teaching is widely accepted by medical students and it improved the medical students'autonomous learning ability and comprehensive quality.
