摘  要:采用室内试验测试和统计分析的方法,研究了不同贮藏条件下桃叶卫矛种子萌发率和内部营养物质含量的变化,阐述了影响其种子质量的主要因素。结果表明:贮藏温度对种子萌发和营养物质含量的影响明显,温度与可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖质量分数的变化成正相关关系;随着贮藏时间延长,粗脂肪质量分数降低;脂肪酸性质发生变化,不饱和脂肪酸相对质量分数变少,转化为异构体、饱和脂肪酸或其他氧化物。We studied the germination percentage and the content of nutrient substance of Euonymus bungeanus seeds under dif-ferent storage conditions , and reported the main factor of affecting seed quality by indoor test and statistical analysis .The effects of storage temperature on the germination and nutrient content of seeds were significant , and the changes of soluble sugar content and soluble protein had positive correlation with temperature .As the storage time increased , the content of crude fat was decreased .Fatty acids changed in nature, unsaturated fatty acid relative content decreased and turned into iso-mer, saturated fatty acid or other oxides .
