摘  要:根据动物蛋白胶改性剂的特性,利用北华大学实验室实验的结果,在延边长白山林业集团汪清林源木业有限公司连续平压高密度纤维板生产线上,进行了动物蛋白胶作为脲醛树脂胶黏剂的改性剂生产E0级地板基材的中试实验。结果表明:动物蛋白胶改性剂的添加,不但提高了地板基材的力学性能,还在降低甲醛释放量上具有显著的效果,可生产E0级地板基材;在提高地板基材的力学性能指标方面,粉状动物蛋白胶改性剂比膏状动物蛋白胶改性剂的效果更好;粉状改性剂添加量为12%时,高密度纤维板力学性能最好。With the characteristics of animal protein glue modifying agent , and the experiment results of Beihua University , we tested the animal protein glue as the modifier of urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives production E 0 level floor base material of the pilot in the continuous pressure on the high density fiberboard production line of Yanbian Changbaishan Forestry Group Pools Linyuan Wood Industry co ., LTD.Adding animal protein glue modifying agent not only improved the floor base mate -rial mechanics performance but also had significant effect on the lower formaldehyde emission to produce E 0 level floor base material.In improving the mechanical properties of floor board indicators , powdery animal protein glue modifying agent was better than that of paste animal protein glue modifying agent .When the powder modifier addition amount was 12%, the high density fiberboard mechanics performance ( HDF) was best .
