复方枸橼酸阿尔维林用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备144例

摘　　要：目的探讨复方枸橼酸阿尔维林在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用及价值。方法将288例需行结肠镜检查的患者随机均分为试验组和对照组,检查前对照组用磷酸钠盐口服溶液清洗肠道,试验组在此基础上加用复方枸橼酸阿尔维林。结果试验组肠道气泡存留少于对照组(P<0.05),患者检查耐受程度大于对照组(P<0.05),两组肠道清洁度无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论行结肠镜检查前应用复方枸橼酸阿尔维林,能减轻患者腹痛、腹胀等不适程度而提高耐受性,可减少肠道气泡存留,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the application and value of compound alverine citrate in the bowel preparation for colonoscopic ex-amination. Methods 288 patients requiring for colonoscopic examination were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Before examination, the control group used sodium phosphate oral solution for cleaning the bowel, while on this basis the experimental group was added with oral compound alverine citrate. Results The intestinal bubble remaining of the experimental group was less than that of the control group （ P ﹤ 0. 05 ） , the patient ’ s tolerance degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （ P ﹤ 0. 05 ） , and the intestinal cleanliness had no statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P ﹥ 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Using compound alverine citrate before colonoscopic examination could mitigate discomfort degrees such as abdominal pain and abdominal distension, improves tolerance, reduces intestinal bubble remaining and is worthy of being clinically promoted and applied.
