摘 要:针对目前光学电流互感器缺乏长期运行稳定性的问题,通过理论分析,总结出影响运行稳定性的主要因素在于环境温度变化导致磁光材料中线性双折射发生波动。在此基础上对现有传感头结构进行研究及改进,利用ANSOFT、ANSYS等软件搭建了能够模拟传感头在各种结构及工况条件下运作的仿真平台,并对改进后传感头进行了运行模拟。结果表明:改进式光学电流互感器传感头结构不仅能够有效提高其长期运行稳定性,且完全满足我国电力行业对于0.2级电流互感器误差的标准JJG 313—2010《测量用电流互感器检定规程》及JJG 314—2010《测量用电压互感器检定规程》的规定。Optical current transformer lack long-term operation stability. Main factors affecting the stability of operation is environmental temperature change that leads to linear birefringence fluctuations in magneto-optic material. Research and improvement were made to the existing structure of sensing head. Simulation platform was set up using ANSOFT, ANSYS software to simulate the sensing head of different structure and working conditions. Simulation of the improved sensing head showed that the improved structure can not only effectively improve the long-term stability but also completely satisfy the error standard for 0.2 s-class current transformer according to JJG313-2010 and JJG314-2010.
